Section 13f Securities
Section 13 f securities generally include equity securities that trade on an exchange including the nasdaq national market system certain equity options and warrants shares of closed end investment companies and certain convertible debt securities.
Section 13f securities. Section 13 f 4 of the securities exchange act states that the commission shall not disclose form 13f information that identifies securities held by a natural person an estate or a personal trust excluding business trusts or investment companies. 13f 1 c 17 cfr 240 13f 1 c is made available to the public. C for purposes of this rule section 13 f securities shall mean equity securities of a class described in section 13 d 1 of the act that are admitted to trading on a national securities exchange or quoted on the automated quotation system of a registered.
